Welcome Merchants! We are so excited to announce the 5th Annual ECLSR Holiday Market happening November 7th & 8th, 2025! This event is brought to you by the Ellis County Livestock Show & Rodeo. All proceeds benefit the 4H & FFA Youth of Ellis County through scholarships.
Event hours are as followed:
Friday November 7th (5pm-9pm) VIP Night with Fashion Show!
Saturday November 2nd (9am-5pm)
Set-up for the event will be Thursday November 6th from 9am-9pm and Friday November 7th from 8am-3pm. All booths must be show ready no later than 3pm Friday November 7th. If you have questions or concerns about the set-up time please contact us at vendors@ecyexpo.com. We would be happy to accommodate your special requests if possible .

*Please note that the food vendors will be set-up outdoors under the breezeway*Merchants: Please include a full description of items to be sold on your application. You will be notified if the items are NOT allowed to be sold. The ECLSR Committee reserves the right to remove items/vendors WITHOUT a refund. Spaces will be available for rent to any person or organization wishing to sell RETAIL ITEMS, CRAFTS, HANDWORK, PAINTINGS OR HANDOUTS.....NO GARAGE SALE ITEMS. We do reserve the right to refuse application of a vendor at the discretion of the ECYE. Items NOT permitted and enforced include silly string, water guns, BB guns, plastic guns, disappearing ink, stink bombs, fireworks of any kind, pop balls, play cigarettes, hair paint or face painting.
This is an indoor event–Merchants must provide all of their own display equipment. No tables, chairs, walls/curtains or tents will be available at the venue. Electrical Outlets will be available for purchase, on a first come-first serve basis. Electrical Outlets are $50 each. Vendor must supply their own extension cords/power strips.ALL VENDORS MUST REMAIN SET-UP THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE SHOW. IF YOU CHOSE TO BEGIN BREAKING DOWN PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SHOW, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN AS A VENDOR TO ANY ECLSR EVENTS.
Each merchant should submit at least five photos to the ECLSR Vendor Chairman at vendors@ecyexpo.com immediately following their application submission. Photos should be of the merchandise being sold and/or the setup of the booth. Please note that although we try our best to avoid merchants selling duplicate items/merchandise, we cannot guarantee exclusivity.
WEATHER: This is an indoor vendor event. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.
SECURITY: General security will be provided overnight Thursday thru Saturday. However, vendors are responsible for their own booths, securing their own merchandise, money, and goods. Neither ECLSR Committee nor the Volunteers or Sponsors will be responsible for stolen, lost or damaged property, accidents, or injury.
WIFI/ INTERNET CONNECTION: The ECLSR Fair Committee does not guarantee wifi/internet access during the event. Each vendor is responsible for their own internet/hot spot access. Please note that the event is in a metal building, so reception/internet connections may be difficult, especially with the number of guests and vendors in attendance.
SPECIAL REQUESTS or NEEDS: If you have a special request or need, please note them on your application. These will be accommodated, if possible, if application is received prior to August 1, 2024. It will be difficult to make changes in space assignments, etc. on the day of the show.
Application Deadline is August 1st, 2025 or sooner if all vendor spots have been filled.
Upon application approval we will email you an invoice through Quickbooks. All payments must be made within 5 business days upon receiving the invoice. Please note that all sales are final. All proceeds benefit the 4H & FFA Youth of Ellis County.
Please note that merchants are also required to submit (1) $25 value gifts from their booths for giveaways. These items will be given away throughout the event. Giveaway items must be submitted to the office at time of check-in.

ONCE YOU SUBMIT THE VENDOR APPLICATION FORM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. THE ECLSR FAIR COMMITTEE WILL REVIEW ALL APPLICATIONS AND BEGIN SELECTING VENDORS THE END OF MAY. IF YOU ARE SELECTED TO BE A VENDOR, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL AND AN INVOICE FROM ECLSR QUICKBOOKS.YOU MAY PAY THE INVOICE VIA CASHIER CHECK, CASH OR CREDIT CARD.
